I. Pengenalan:
ZDLSY Electric Special Regulating Valve for Drainage is a new generation of steam trap designed and produced based on the drainage requirements of thermal power plant equipment; it consists of two parts: electric actuator and angle valve body. Its internal structure has no dead corners, the valve core and valve seat are made of integral hard alloy, with advantages such as internal leakage ≤ Class VI when closed, high flow characteristic accuracy, etc. The product adopts a nearly linear valve core design to reduce flow resistance, and adopts a two-stage throttling principle to reduce erosion and extend service life. Powered by an electric actuator, it receives 0-10mA or 4-20mA DC signals according to the controlled parameters of the control system, automatically adjusts the valve opening, and realizes continuous adjustment of process parameters such as pressure, flow and liquid level of the fluid in the pipeline, and can receive remote DCS signals. This product has the characteristics of sensitive action and accurate signal transmission; it is widely used in industrial automation control systems such as electric power, metallurgy, chemical industry, light textile, etc., and has been widely applied in the industrial field.

III. Aplikasi:
It is composed of 381L series electronic electric actuator and three-way regulating mechanism. The electric actuator has a servo system inside, so there is no need to equip an additional servo amplifier; it can be controlled to operate as long as there is an input signal and power supply, with simple wiring. The regulating mechanism has two modes of operation: confluence and diversion. In some occasions, it can replace two two-way valves and one three-way connection, thus being widely applied. It is often used for two-phase regulation of heat exchangers and simple ratio regulation.
